Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Maestro Recruiters respects the privacy of employers, candidates, and visitors. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it when you contact us or submit a form.

Information you provide

Our forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, company and hiring requirements, career history, skills, salary expectations, message, and an optional resume. We receive only the fields you choose to submit, subject to the required fields shown on each form.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss hiring needs, assess suitable opportunities, and communicate about recruitment. Where appropriate to an application, candidate information may be shared with prospective employers involved in the relevant hiring process. Submitting a form does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or hire.

Email and service providers

The website uses Hostinger's PHP mail service to send form submissions to our team by email. Hostinger hosts the website, and email providers process the resulting messages. Resume files submitted with an application are attached to the notification email. The website does not store form submissions in its own database.

Cookies and external content

The site does not currently run an analytics or advertising tracker or set its own tracking cookies. Pages with an embedded Google Map load content from Google, which may receive technical information and use its own cookies under its policies. Google Fonts may also receive technical request data when fonts load. Hosting and browser infrastructure may process standard technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site. You can manage third-party cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and protection

We keep recruitment correspondence and submitted details for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry or recruitment relationship and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people handling recruitment, but no internet transmission or email system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or stop further recruitment contact, email hr@maestrorecruiters.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant submission. We may need to retain information where required by law or to resolve a legitimate issue.

Updates

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version published here.
